1. Which payment methods are accepted?

We currently only accept PayPal through which you can pay by credit/debit card. More payment methods will be added in the future.

2. Which currencies are the prices displayed in?

All of our prices are displayed in USD.

3. What are the shipping options and how long will it take?

4. Do I get a receipt for my order?

You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

5. How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

7. What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at support@hairsurf.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

HairSurf™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HairSurf™ will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

8. How do I use the HairSurf™ stick to my broken hair?

Use the HairSurf™ stick to spread evenly with the shredded hair. If the broken hair is not easy to be affixed, you can apply it a few times to reach nature.

9. What are the ingredients of the HairSurf™ stick?

The main ingredients are Evening primrose, camellia, avocado, Jojoba oil.

10. How long does it last before falling back down?

The gel hold throughout the day and the texture do not change. It works like no other, keeps unruly edges on point without flaking, whitening or premature melting.

Yes, It is suitable for all kinds of hairstyles, straight hair, curly hair.

The bottle lasts for 2-3 months if you use it every day.
